I made my purchases April 17,2020, I still don't have my purchase and today is June 20,2020. I have written several times and finally got a response May 23,2020 with a tracking number and they gave me a $10 refund encouraging me my order will arrive soon. Still no package and it's almost a month later. I have written and no response.
The weird thing is the package made it to the states; it's sitting in California. At first I thought is it being held for quarantine?,, give it two weeks and I should have it, nope no package a month in California is unacceptable. Does anyone know how to contact an actual person for PatPat?

I ordered 2 items that were too small. A representative named Lexx contacted me in a very short amount of time and told me that I would be getting a refund!
Update, the refund given is a series of vouchers that can only be used if you spend a minimum amount. I am in the process of trying to get a return.
**Update** The "refund" I got was a series of vouchers that can only be used with a minimum purchase. When I complained they offered to give me a refund, over $10 less than what I paid. They also solicit reviews and tell you you will get extra money if you give good reviews. I did not know that this is illegal. Not a good company.

Great options here, plus when my order came each item was individually packaged which gave me extra peace of mind. Wood 100% recommend pat pat to Nyine this is my favourite site for baby clothes, everytime my daughter wears any outfit from pat pat we get so many compliments. The delivery time is very quick considering they are shipped from China to uk took just under 2 weeks to arrive and the packaging is the cutest sealed in individual air tight bags. I have placed 2 orders with pat pat the discount code wasnt correctly applied to my 2nd order however this wa rectified straight away the customer service agent I spoke to Dan added the discount straight away he was such a friendly and polite guy. I will definetly be placing a 3rd order very very soon.
Take your money elsewhere, the site has poor quality with cheap unfinished chinese product where the button holes arent punched properly. I read in a forum, they stole designs from etsy.

The first purchase made me unsatisfied, then I decided to return it, but eventually the help of the customer service center changed my mind. Jimmy answered me very quickly and made me satisfied. I finally decided not to return the item and bought a few new items. Thanks, Jimmy

I placed an order in early May and was so excited because of all of the cute things on their website. Here it is almost July and I still haven't received any of my shipment. I contacted customer support and they told ME to call customs and do my own research. They were nice enough to give me the customs phone number however. I won't be buying another thing from this company.

I ordered a smaller order to begin with since it was my first time ordering and I wanted to make sure the quality was decent before spending alot. I ordered may 3rd and still haven't received anything. Tracking number said it was to be delivered 3 days ago and now suddenly says its not sure a delivery date. I understand with everything going on right now it would take a while however I've sent 2 messages and haven't received a word back. Hoping I received it soon, cause I have a few other things in my cart but i will not be buying anything else if its going to take months to arrive
