I ordered clothes for my 2 twins babies which arrived quickly but there was a misunderstanding regarding the size.

I ordered 5 items from Pat Pat and they all arrived very quickly. Unfortunately 2 of these items were too small, so I initiated a return/exchange request. Elaine, who dealt with me, was very responsive and helpful. I sent her some photos explaining the issues with the items' size and instead of processing the return, she surprised me by issuing a refund and asking me to keep the items which, she suggested, I might want to gift to a friend instead of having to go through the hassle of paying to return. The other 3 items in the correct size were of good quality and great value for money. Great products and excellent customer service!
I order matching bathing suits and outfits for my daughter, husband and myself. The bathing suits were to small for all 3 of us and my daughter's dress was to big. I contacted customer service and they were pretty quick with their response. Thank you to KRISTIAN C. For helping us. She refunded us back for the clothes that didn't fit. Hopefully now we're be able to order the right ones in turn for our family vacation bc the quality is good!

I love all of my items. I purchased a few sets of mommy and me dresses for my four year old and I as well as a couple of baby body suits for my 3 mo old. The clothes are high quality and adorable. I wear a M and it was true to size. My daughter wears size 5 and I usually buy her size 6 so she can grow into clothes a bit I bought her size 4-5 because the next size was 6-7 and I felt that May have been TOO big. Next time I purchase I will def get size 6-7,4-5 fit her JUST right. I also had a couple of small issues with my order and customer service was super quick and responsive when I reached out. Love PatPat!

Cute items, however sizing is inconsistent. I'll recommend double checking measurements before ordering. ROMEL was very efficient and dealth with my query/return request very quicky. I'm happy with the result.
