I was really skeptical about this website first. It took a while to arrive may because of covid but it actually arrived. Unfortunately my girl size got changed in few months and I am really happy with the customer support they provided. Quality of clothes is really good at the price.

As I wrote in my original review, I was not too happy with my PatPat experience in the beginning. In my original review, I noted some positive points about the company being attentive to my requests involving technical support, as well as requesting size changes. Those things were done well from the beginning. I did receive a message that the company was experiencing high volume in customer support requests, and maybe that is why there was the issues with the delay in responses to my requests about my first order. Once I was contacted about my issues, I was given updated tracking information that was actually accessible. I now realize that sometimes these packages actually end up with a couple of tracking numbers, with one number being the original location's tracking number and a local tracking number once it reaches the states. Due to this, sometimes tracking may not work briefly. My long awaited order will finally be here on Wednesday and I was offered a 25% refund on my order for the trouble I experienced. I placed an additional order for a maternity/nursing top with the cash back option given to new customers on their first three orders. This item basically ended up being free and my package for this order arrived in only 12 days! The top was cute, decent quality for what you pay, and seems to be true to size. Also, just to note, their site does actually state 3-16 days for processing, followed by 7-15 days of shipping for expedited orders and 10-25 days for standard orders. My suggestion now would be to atleast give them a try, but I would not recommend ordering from them if you need your order within a specified amount of time or by a certain date. For instance, If you need special occasion outfits within a month's time, your best bet would be to order locally. I have tried to be as honest and transparent about my experience as much as possible. Hopefully it helps the shoppers that are on the fence about giving PatPat a try. I say now that it is worth it to atleast give them a shot!
I previously wrote a review on having trouble getting a large order of 14 items fulfilled and shipped to me within a decent amount of time. I was given a $10 off coupon for the trouble with that order. I used that on one item. It was packed and shipped within 2 days and is already in America very close to being delivered. I was atleast impressed by the improvement with the new order. Large orders probably cost a lot more to ship and from what I have read, they wait to ship large orders in bulk through logistics companies to save money. This is also why so many people probably complain their stuff sits in Fresno, California for so long. It is due to them probably having to sort large bulk shipments. My shipment with one item had a USPS tracking number right away and my large order has a random tracking number that I could not locate in any shipping database at all. It is going through bulk logestics before arriving at a true postal service from what I am seeing. I will keep posted the status of my package I have already been waiting over two weeks on!
I want to provide others as much factual information as possible in order to let others know what they are getting themselves into ordering from this company. I wanted so badly to give them a good review so I tried working directly through them several times before creating my review here. I originally ordered 161.87 worth of merchandise from this company and I chose expedited shipping. I was given an estimated delivery date of 6/4/20-6/17/20, though to be fair it does state 3-16 days for processing and 7-15 days for delivery. One week after placing my order, I received a processing update email from them stating that they had received 12 of my items and were working hard to prepare for the rest of my order. I sent customer support an email requesting that they just cancel the one missing item (My complete order was for 13 pieces) and ship the 12 items they have already received. I did not initially get a response from them at all. The following week I received the same exact processing email from them stating they had received 12 of my items at the warehouse and were working hard to prepare for the rest of my order. I decided, again, to send customer support a message letting them know I would like to cancel the missing item so they would ship my order. This time, a few days later, I received a response. Their exact words were as follows, Thank you for contacting PatPat. We are sorry for the frustration you are experiencing in receiving your order.
Do not worry we heard you and I will assure you we will assist you along the way.
I have successfully cancelled the items that where to long to be fulfilled.
Your order is now complete and is now processing for shipment. (That is copied and pasted from the actual email)
Now, here is where I was confused, because they originally stated their warehouse received 12 of my 13 items. Now that my order was supposedly in the packing stage, it reads, they have received 11 of my items instead of 12. Well I just accepted it anyway because technically I guess they did what I asked. Then I was sent an email that two of my items were cancelled and I would receive a refund of 40.69 in 7-14 days. A few days later I received another email that my refund of 25.96 is on its way. I am assuming they deducted for the 25.00 voucher given for my large purchase, which I guess is fine had they said that from the beginning. After all of this, the 11 items, instead of 12 they said they had, has still yet to be shipped and I have not received any tracking info. The cheap prices are are not worth the hassel of the stuff you will have to go through to actually receive your order, and it feels like dishonest practices they use. I will say this, if you contact customer support about a size change or a tech issue with the site, they are very great about responding and helping with those issues. Aside from that, prepare yourself for long wait times in receiving your merchandise, regardless of choosing expedited shipping or not. It has pretty much been two weeks, even with the cancelled items they were having trouble receiving being removed. It has still been quite a while. Refund amounts changed as well. It has not been a pleasant experience at all. However, though it took a while, I guess you could say that customer support did respond to me eventually. These are my experiences thus far. I sent a message today to just request to cancel the entire order. I am already 5 months pregnant and need those maternity clothes desperately. I almost feel it would be quicker just to cancel the order, receive the refund, and order from somewhere with better shipping speed. I tried to be as honest as I could with my experience. I think PatPat is trying to do better by their customers, but they still have a long way to go!

My Local USPS lost my package and they were kind enough to reship another order with no cost to me. They also answered all my emails quickly.

Some items were too small but their customer service refunded immediately. Really appreciate the great customer service. Shipping did take awhile but eventually came.

I made an order on April 25,2020. It is now June 22,2020 and my tracking number with USPS last mentions on June 13,2020 that it "departed a partner facility in Los Angeles CA. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." I still have no package and it has been over 40 business days and my tracking number has no real clear indication that any package has been received. I have emailed customer service three times over this 40 day period and they tell me to keep waiting. This is getting absurd. Admit the package is lost and refund me my money.

I have received all my items on time and in good condition. I happened to have ordered 2 bras which are of a larger size than I expected. I tried to return it and their customer service response was quick. Their agent Rindelle was polite and thorough in aswering my queries. All in all, it's good value for money. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience.
