I highly recomend this shop. I shopped here twice and I was satisfied both times. I must say that the items are of high quality and practical (nursing clothes) and the prices are very favourable. The delivery time a is bit longer, but I did not mind that much. Unfortunatelly I had to return two items bacause the size did not fit, but the customer support (especially Rindelle) was very helpful. They replied promptly and helped me solve this problem to my satisfaction.
Even though some items were too big, the pat pat customer service solved the problem quick and easy.
My questions were answered very quick by Jam and I was provided with excellent assistance! Thank you very much! Good service!
There is no contact number to cancel my order, payment was showing 82 $ but acually they are charging me 113$

Maternity items ordered on 5/10/2020, as of 6/24/2020 no delivery! Sent numerous emails, no response at all. Items are suppose to be delivered to Portland Oregon and they sit in Elizabeth, NJ. By the time they arrive the baby will be here and theaters will need to be returned. Can't imagine how that will go. They take your payment in full and don't deliver. Sent 5 emails, no response! I WANT MY PAID FOR ITEMS! Shame on you PatPat, take money and don't deliver. Your website doesn't live up to your customer service, respond to your customers!
