Unfortunately clothes of my last purchase order don't fit well to me and I had to ask for money refund. Customer care, in particular Jimmy, helped me a lot. He proposed me many possible solution and at the end we found the one who was the best for me. Thank you Jimmy! :)

Love the shoe I got for my son. Ordered wrong size but I contact them right away. Got a refund no need to return shoe.

I ordered a few outfits and bows through the site. They came in and are absolutely adorable. I can't wait to dress my baby girl in them.
We did have one item that was incorrect, however Susie B from customer service was able to clear up the issue and get me a new item resent very quickly. The communication between the company was great and everything was done in a timely manner.
