Very satisfied with patpat and its customer service. I have ordered 2 baby and 2 adult clothes. The baby ones look really nice and are of good materials which gives them a very soft touch. Unfortunately the adult clothes didn't fit me and my husband, so I contacted customer service and Karen P was extremely helpful and sorted my return problem in no time. Will definitely purchase from them again.
I ordered family matching suits from here and they all fit and we LOVE them! The price was much cheaper than I would typically pay so I was a bit worried but the quality is amazing and we will wear them all summer! We wore them to the beach this week and received many compliments! The shipping was actually pretty fast, as well. Will be buying more!

Ordered item April 27th. It's June 27th and no one can tell me where my package is. They keep saying it's at a partner facility. It's been moved from CA to IN for over 7 weeks. I live in KS. They just keep sending me the same tracking number every time I ask what is going on. I ordered 2 maternity swimsuits and now am about to have my baby so won't get to use them. Nothing in the world takes that long to ship even in COVID. 9 weeks and still no idea when my package will arrive. Useless customer service with no information given except the same tracking number and "it'll come soon". No attempt to refund purchase. I will never buy here again. Encourage you to do the same.
This has been the first time I do shopping at PatPat. I received the items within the time expected (20 days since I placed the order). I bought 8 items (maternity clothes) and I am very happy with the quality of all of them. Each comes in a nice and soft zipped bag (as shown in the pictures). I only had a problem with the size of one of the items and VANESSA R. (from the PatPat Service Team) solved quickly the issue in a very efficient way. I am very satisfied and I will not hesitate to shop at PatPat again. I do love PatPat clothes and customer service!

I bought some shirts to breastfeed. I loved them. The quality of the clothes is very good. It really exceeded my expectations. However, two of the pieces came in the wrong size. Send an email, and Ms. Elaine helped me very quickly, she apologized, gave me a loan and also offered to keep the piazzas. I recommend the store and customer service.

Ordered an outfit for 4th of July but unfortunately, it was too large. Pat Pat was so very quick to offer an exchange or refund. Opted for the refund due to timing. Customer Service was so helpful and will not hesitate to place another order with them.
Ordered a few mommy and me outfits, super cute, good quality. Shipping was faster than expected. Only issue was I ordered the wrong size. Two dresses were too big for me. Customers service responded quickly and was able to send me smaller sizes no problem.

I will never buy from PatPat again. It took seven weeks to receive the order. Some of the clothes for 9-12 months will easily fit a three year old. The quality of some of the clothes is terribly low. In top of all this, when I tried to reach to them via Facebook page, I have received an automatic message which had nothing to do with what I asked, but it was focused on convincing me to give them a good review. That convinced me that all the reviews I have read were not correct, but they were payed. Using this strategy and a very aggressive online advertising via Facebook and Instagram they tricked many people into buying the products.
