Première commande chez PatPat, assez réticente je dois admettre... Délais de livraison convenable, articles très jolis et de qualité tout à fait raisonnable par rapport au prix. J'ai mal jugé la taille de certains vêtements (les débardeurs taillent assez grand), j'ai été prise en charge par le service client (merci KRISTIAN C.!) très rapidement, le problème a été résolu en moins de 48h... un week-end!

I purchased several nursing outfits and newborn clothes, but when I received them there were four items that were the incorrect sizes. I contact customer service and Susie B was quick to respond and fix these errors professionally.

Items were of good quality. However some items I received were a bit too big for my daughter, I contacted customer services and Romel was quick to fix my issue. Based on this I would definitely order from patpat again. Thanks

After long time due to Covid situation I have got my orders and during this period Ronie really help me trough email assuring me that my orders will be there soon. Even Ronie helped me with returning two clothes. Very fast and accurate and helpful in response. And the quality of clothes was surprisingly good. I will definitely buy stuffs from Patpat again.

It took a little bit more time of shipping than I expected, the size is not fit due to the baby is growing quickly. Belle helped me with this and I'm very satisfied with the service and how they resolved my concerns.

I ordered 7 wooden educational toys, by mistake was sent 2 the same. Claire D helped me out with the issue fast! The missing item is already ordered and will be shipped soon. I will definitely continue to shop at Patpat.

My first order was great except one item was accidentally sent in the wrong size. When I contacted the company, JUNABELLE M. Was quick to respond and issued a refund for the error! My favorite part was instead of asking me to return the item, she said to donate it to a local charity!
