I definitely should read reviews before placing my order. I have ordered maternity clothes two months ago and still waiting. There is no use of maternity clothes after my baby arrived!? Total waste of my money. I am scared that website is scam!
Lovely clothes, but when they arrived one item was far too big, presumably wrong size sent in error? Many thanks to Rachel for sorting out my problem quickly and effectively. Great response, nothing too much trouble.

J'ai eu un soucis avec ma commande à cause d'un article trop grand. En effet mauvaise taille m'a été envoyée. Mais le service client et notamment JUNABELLE M a traité ma demande en un temps record (moins de 24h.). Pas besoin de renvoyer le produit, un remboursement m'est propose et je peux garder le produit pour offrir. Je suis amplement satisfaite de patpat surtout que le reste des produits reçu est de très bonne qualité et la livraison est relativement rapide. Le suivi est aussi très précis.

I recommend this patpat website. I got 5 outfits. The sizes seems alittle bigger but thats okay since the shipping took longer with covid my daughter is still able to fit in them. Ronie helped fix an issue with a headband that broke in the wash. I received a voucher for my next purchase when I voiced my concerns.
I was missing an item from my order and I contacted customer service. A couple hours later I recieved an email from Karen P. She informed me she issued a credit to my account for the missing item. I didnt expect the issue to be solved that quickly and to receive an email response so fast, especially on the weekend. It was a small mix up but I will continue to order from PatPat because of their great clothes and customer service.
Bought some clothes for me and my girls and swimwear. Have some issues and Anie, the customer service personnel were very helpful and reachable.

I ordered a month ago and it still saying it's at the same place as it was 2 weeks ago. I'm so worried my little one is going to outgrow these clothes, if I ever receive them, Iv never seen anything like it. Super disappointed that they can continue to send me coupons but won't send me a email stating they are sorry for it taking to long. Or even an explanation on where my package is at.
The items I recieved were very nice. They fit well and i got them quicker than expected. Im very happy with them and will be buying again.
After I ordered outfits for myself and my baby girl I had a private scan done and it turned out that I was having a baby boy. When outfits arrived I contacted PatPat about returning policy and was given a few options that I was happy with. Customer service always answered promptly to my messages.
