The delivery was fast despite of Covid19 situation. The items that did not fit me were refunded within few days. Customer support responds within one day.

Loved the material, quick delivery. One top didn't fit well and I contacted the customer service, they refunded me on the same day and even asked me to keep the top! Really happy with the service.

We ordered some clothes from Patpat. Most of the order was good, but there were a couple of things we didn't like as much irl. After emailing patpat, we were given the option to keep the items and get the equivalent store credit, which worked out much better for us! The other clothes are great fit and good quality too.

I am inlove with my baby bag, so spacious, alot of storage, even a bonus has a USB input in the bag, A flask cover, I can grab items from the bottom easily from the back and even has straps to strap onto my pram. Worth my money 101%. I also got a infant bed for my baby cot it's so cute and I can carry this where ever I go, so handy! And my nail trimmer so cutte havent used but looks amazing, cant wait to use.

Also if an item does not fit you, it is quite fast fixed to get a bigger/smaller size.

I got my first order from Pat Pat and it was great. However their were two items that didn't fit me and I contact their customer service department and Dan was so helpful. Dan help me through the whole process.

Loved the clothes. Came pretty quick but the sizing is wayyyy off. 0-3 months will probably fit a 6-9. Good quality. No loose seems. Not super thin. Wish the sizing was better.
