I ordered a set of three dresses. I liked fabric, color and quality of the dresses but unfortunately two of them didn't fit properly. The dress for my 7yo daughter (ordered size 12-13) was too short on her. My dress, size 2XL, was too small on me. Customer service was great and issued full refund. I will order again but will be more careful with sizes.
I love love PatPat. I was skeptical but I'm so glad I ordered for me, hubby & my 9mo old. Shipping took a bit but I knew it would, & it's well worth the overseas wait. Sizing was good too... slightly bigger but not by a whole size. It still fit.

Le hablo bien sobre la ropa, el trato se servcicio cuando hay algun problema estan bien atento y te tratan super bien. Y la ropa es hermosa a un buen precio.
Customer service is fantastic. I had an immediate reply from Rachel when I emailed regarding returning my hoodies that were the incorrect size. After I fulfilled the request for photos of the items, I was given a refund without the hassle of returning the items, which was above and beyond. Just check the dimensions when ordering as not all sizes are the same across different items. All the information is there, you just need to check carefully!

Few items are of good quality... few are not acceptable for infants. Especially items with hats... hats are very bad quality.
