Amazing clothes with professional customer service. I am very happy to shop and would like to rebuy clothes for my kid. I also purchased butterflies and it's pretty.

Delivery time is fast! I thought I'd wait longer due to the pandemic but it arrived sooner than I expected. It only took 7days for the delivery time(after it was released for delivery) It only took longer to process my orders but I think this was coz I ordered several items(about 2 weeks).
Refund was also very fast. They had to refund as 1 of the item was not available and they immediately processed it( i didn't even have to reach out to them).
Tracking of the item once its out for delivery is also very smooth. They also provided me with the update every progress of the process via email although I can check the update from the site/app.
Overall experience was great!

I have bought around 100 items from this website and all since I found it a couple months ago. I have always loved matching my two daughters but had to stoop as low as trying to fit into kids clothes before I found this website. I absolutely love the clothes I have gotten from this place. The dresses I think are amazing quality and have worn some of them many times and they have held up through the washing machine perfectly. I always hang them up to dry like I do all ny dresses. For size reference I get mediums and sometimes smalls from this store and I would usually get U.S. size mediums or larges. For bathing suits I got mediums and larges and the mediums were a tighter than I liked. I would suggest stearing clear of the silky materials in the dresses because I simply just don't like that kind of fabric. I always try and look at the zoomed in pictures to make sure its some sort of cotton before buying. I did buy a couple of the silky fabric dresses and they are still alright. I love that when you buy stuff you get patpat cash and it can be applied onto your next orders and I also really like that there are always coupons available like spend 70 dollars get 10 dollars off. Over 35 dollars you get free shipping and usually the packages come quick enough, 9 days to a couple weeks has been the time mine usually take. Also check back frequently because one day the dress you want might be 7.99 and the next 2.99! I have gotten a bunch of dresses and bathing suits to match my girls for 2.99 and I couldn't be happier with that!

Will def use again but just need to take into account the delivery time (ordered 12 Jun arrived 3 July). Customer service were very responsive. Although given tracking number etc the description wasn't that specific on where the order was. This however wouldn't put me off ordering again

I recieved my order after a month of ordering due to the pandemic; patpat kept me informed of my order regularly by email. I was nervous about ordering after reading mixed reviews but when my order came I was over the moon. The clothes were gorgeous exactly how advertised. I cant wait for my little one to arrive and put her in the clothes!
I had erred in the sizes of baby clothes and contacted the site and it was agreed to return the money, really it is a unique online store.
