I was offered a voucher for patpat due to problems with an order. I sent an email at about 8pm accepting the voucher and received a response before 11pm this evening. Talk about fast service.

I ordered back in may 15,2020 this was my first order and I am really disappointed.
The order status on the website says delivered and when tracking the package it says it's in New York! And the customer service is looking for the local tracking number and the carrier? Only God knows if I will ever receive my package. Unbelievable!
Love the dresses I received. Great quality. I ordered on in a Medium, but realize the sizes are true to the measurement charts. I emailed customer service and was helped with in 24hrs. I am very pleased with the resolution and the service provided. I will be making more purchases.

Received clothes from PatPat as a gift and wanted to exchange some of them. Sent pictures along with gift receipt and they issued a 50% refund in the form of a voucher within 24 hours and I didn't have to ship the clothes I did not want back.
I had an excellent experience with pat pat and specifically with Jayson. He was professional, fast and committed to solve my problem. I received two identical lovely baby girl clothes from my brother and I had to change one. There are so many beautiful options to choose. Thanks Jayson for your help
