This brand was recommended to me by several members of a new moms group who raved about it. They weren't wrong! I ordered several of their items and love the nursing tanks and casual comfy dresses. REYNAC was very helpful in assisting me with a few return items. Looking forward to trying out some cute stuff for the little one too.
I ordered 5 items, they arrived quickly and was happy with them although a couple of items did not fit me... I contacted customer service and Ham and Jeffrey were very kind and quickly gave me a voucher to use on their site. I am impressed at how easy this process was.
The maternity jean shorts dont fit to size. Offered replacement and got to keep what they sent. I hope the next ones will fit. Dont order if you are in a hurry to get them.

The 4 shirts I ordered were too big for me so Patpat gave me a full refund without having to pay shipping and return! Great quality items- just didn't fit me well. Ordered mediums and fit like a large.
Live in the USA, and I ordered from them on April 23,2020 it is currently July 8,2020 and I have not received my items nor has my package even been picked up by USPS.

I ordered my outfits for my daughter in April. I still have not received them. I'm always checking to see if their is any updates on the shipping and nothing. I've reached out to the company itself and all they say is thank you for being patient we are doing everything we can. Usually I'm very understanding when it comes to longer wait periods, but 3+ months? My daughter will be outgrown in some of the outfits i ordered (if I ever actually get them). This is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend using this site unless you're willing to wait months for you clothes.
Heinz, a worker from Patpat had excellent in customer service skills when helping me with an item I purchased. I had an item that didnt fit correctly and Heinz was extremely helpful and rectified the issue asap!
I can't fault this company. Website is well laid out and easy to use, ordering was simple, I found a great range of maternity wear products, very reasonably priced compared to other companies I have used in the past. My order arrived within the time frame I was given despite current postal delays. I had decided to return a couple of items from my order, communication was prompt, extremely polite and I was very happy with the resolution just a day later. Claire D was extremely helpful in processing this refund and the credit was back in my account the following afternoon. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again! I recently purchased few dresses for my daughter from PatPat. Dresses are adorable but due to size issue I have contacted PatPat customer service. Horrible! Its been almost a month since i placed my order and still no package. I keep checking my tracking number and its been saying the same thing for weeks!
I was scared to order but I took a chance and literally happy for my order. The quality of product is OK compare to price and I received my order just in 6 days. Sizes are just little bit bigger compare to normal sizes but it's not a very big deal. There is a lot of cute baby clothes that are 100% cottons with a correct price. I ordered again today and can't wait to receive it;-)
