I had seen ads for PatPat and decided to try them for nursing clothes. Prices were great, styles were great, but shipping time took a bit longer than expected. When everything came in, I tried it all on and there were a few styles that I didn't love on my body. Heinz at PatPat was INCREDIBLY helpful in getting me a refund for the items that weren't quite right. And I love all the other items I kept!
I had a slight sizing issue and Ryan was able to get this resolved quickly! I am satisfied with my experience.
The Delivery time was good, about a week and a half to the UK and Pat Pat sent me delivery updates along the way which I liked.
I had a few questions on sizing and I found customer service very helpful on this, the customer service agent SUSIE B gave me all the info I needed and guided me through the process. She also answered my emails on the same day.
I ordered a bunch maternity items from patpat. Two of 8 fit. Now I can't get a answer back on either exchanges or a full refund. The website is the worst for getting customer service help.

I ordered 4 dresses and 1 of them was to small.
They refunded me immediately and told me to keep my dress and give as a gift to someone else so I don't go to the hassle and spending more money and shipping.
All products arrived on time, with quality, and very well packaged. I would like to highlight the customer service support from REYNAC that, after having verified an issue in one of the products, solved it promptly and effectively.
They are seriosly, prompt and respond very quickly at questions.
In my case an order was lost from my country courrier, so pat pat was offered a voucher worth it, how you can seeîn photo.

What disappointing quality... not to mention an unreasonable shipping time with missleading notifications about the eta of the product. Some of the shirts I ordered weren't even the right size... and half of the shirts I did get in the "correct size" were way too big... I ordered all smalls, and some could have fit someone in need of an extra large. One of the sweaters are already falling apart and I've worn it once! DON'T BUY THIS CRAP. It's all cheaply made in China.

Delivery was on time and thank you so much for all the dresses I ordered, it fits very well and look super cute on my daughters. I am very happy with the quality been provided for best price. And also would like to thank Eliane for patiently resolving the issue when i contacted customer service for one of the size of the dresses. Over all full on for quality, and friendly customer service.

Recently purchased some items for my toddler and I am very happy with them.
Unfortunately one of the items had a minor defect and they got back to me in less than 24 hours with a wonderful resolution.

Their clothes are really cute, unfortunately, some items did not work out for me. James R helped me with my order and issued me a refund right away. Great customer service! Btw, their beanies for babies are really cute!
I ordered some outfits and they arrived within 2 weeks. Ran into some problems regarding sizing (bigger than anticipated) but Rachel helped me to resolve this issue. She replied to my numerous emails within a day.
Love the variety of clothing not just for children but for adults too. Customer service is helpful and I like how the packaging is reusable. Delivery is average on speed.
