Got my items in, super cute material is good and stretchy for your baby. Don't have to worry about growing out of it so soon it's lasting items. Wide selection of outfits/ shoes everything you can think of for your little one. Even for us moms cute selection also, even matching mommy and child/infant clothing. Shipping is fair as it comes from China can't expect a fast delivery. Everything is sealed with there own packaging. I will definitely keep ordering from them.!

I placed on order in APRIL, IT IS JULY AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! Customer service is useless and they are rude! If you are planning on purchasing anything make sure you plan 3-5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! BTW THE REASON WHH YOU SEE GOOD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY PAY YOU FOR THEM! IF YOU ADD PICTURES THEY PAY YOU MORE MONEY!

I ordered a few items from Pat Pat. When I received them, some of them were not the right fit for me. So I emailed them to request a return. I received a prompt reply and after explaining my reasons for return, they responded that they will refund the items and I do not have to go through the bother of shipping them back. The item I kept was great- it looks great on my baby and the material is a soft, comfortable cotton.

I like to order Patpat princess style dresses. They are pretty and very reasonably priced. I ordered from PatPat twice and most of the items were of a good quality and pretty. I wasn't satisfied with a couple of sets and Belle from customer service was very nice to help me with exchange/refund process. I'd say I enjoy the experience as after purchase attitude is ultimately important to me.
