I had to refund some items to PatPat as they did not fit. The customer service representative was very professional and the refund was issued very quickly. Would purchase items from here again!
I'm so excited that our family matching outfits for 4th of July and vacation arrived early! I ordered outfits and swimsuits for us on June 25 and it was my first time ordering from Patpat. It got sent out in three days and it arrived on July 1. People told me it take them weeks to get it. When I placed the order they said it will get here by July 16 and then July 6. It came way earlier which is perfect for 4th of July and our vacation this week.
Heinz addresses my concern with quick and amazing response. Patpat have very great customer service, fast shipping, cute clothing, great quality and great prices. I'm placing another order today. I'm their loyal customer from now on.

Had to return an item due to ordering the wrong size and customer service provided excellent and timely responses.
The dress i ordered arrive way too big for me. Fortunatly, Romel was kind enough to give a refund without giving me the trouble to return it.

The worst service ever, I claim they are a fraud. The parcel arrived 2 months later than their extended delivery date. They don't help you to track. The parcel went back to them because of the issues mention. They don't give you solutions on what to do now. Don't ever buy form this site is a fraud
Romel was assisting me with my questions concerning my order and he was very helpful in resolving my issues.
Even though it was my very first time ever using Pat Pat, I had to return an item and the whole process was seemingly easy with the help of SUSIE B. I was able to get a full refund without the hassle of returning or exchanging I'm paying shipping and handling. I think I will try Pat Pat one more time and hopefully just be more vigilant about what I order next time
