I contacted the customer service because two items were not exactly what I wanted, and Arrdev from the customer service kindly helped me and refunded my money without having to return the items! I was really impressed. I will definitely order again!

Clothes come super fast and have great quality, when i opened my packages i was very happy with everything i had purchased i did make a mistake by ordering two of the same onesie which once i sent an email to customer service was taken care of so quickly

Make sure you add up your total YOURSELF before your final checkout! PatPat 100% tried to scam me. I'm sure they thought I wouldn't notice and have probably done this millions of times and got away with it. Am I missing something here? Because I have checked this over and over again and there's no reason this should be $99.93

I ordered a few items from Pat Pat, and the majority of the items that I received were great quality, and perfect gifts for my friend's kids. There was one item that didn't reach my expectations, but Claire D in customer services was able to sort this out for me. Will buy from them again.

I purchased some baby girl clothing and was very pleased with the quality of the clothing and the way it was packaged. Delivery takes a little longer than usual probably due to Covid so a little patience helps. I will definitely order clothes again keeping in mind to order larger sizes due to delivery waiting times.

I had a few items that did not fit my daughter and I contacted pat pat expressing my concern, I immediately got a response back and had my issue resolved. It was very fast, and friendly I really like the customer service I will definitely be ordering more items from this website.
