I bought a few items in Patpat. All were in great conditions but one of them was unfortunately too small.
So, I asked to return it, and Patpat replied very quickly to my return request!
They were very understanding and immediately confirmed the refund of the item, with no need to spend any more money with the shipping fee to return it - I kept the item to give it as a gift to someone else!:)

I received someone else's package, i informed them, initially They responded with some irrelevant automated emails, then They said They would investigate what happened and More than ten Days later i have No answer and They do not respond to my emails. What a waste of time, money, patience... Never again... They should be ashamed of their customer support.

I love this site! The clothes are so affordable, there are tons of options, and the quality is so impressive! I bought matching clothes for me and my baby to wear to some upcoming weddings and other events and I can't believe how cheap I got such cute outfits! I had to reach out to them with some questions and they have quick and efficient customer service (I worked with a person named Heinz). I'll be making another purchase of some nursing clothing. First off, I was a little skeptical of the company. I purchased a ton of items for my baby and myself. Some of the items I purchased were not the correct sizing. I reached out to the customer service team and was helped by Romel. I am extremely impressed with how great their customer service team is! Romel was so helpful, polite, and prompt! We loved our matching swimsuits. For the price we figured we would try a few and we loved most of them. There was one I did not like but SUSIE B was very helpful in the return process. The shipping was also quicker than I expected. I am very glad I ordered from patpat!
Loved the toddler clothing! Adult sizes could be a tad bigger but still nice! I had the best experience with returning an item that did not fit. Awesome customer service!

This is the first time I ordered clothes from Pat Pat. The quality of all the clothes are really great. My baby still has some time in coming, but I'm super happy with my purchase. Frankly I bought 15 clothes and all are great looking and extremely cute. I would definitely recommend people to buy from them. Every item was individually packed nicely.
Also I had some doubts on one of the item, ELAINE from customer service was great to resolve my doubt. Awesome team and customer service.
There was a problem with the size, I received another size, they replied very quick, did not have to send back the dress and they refunded my. Money. I totally recommend it, I have already ordered twice last month!
