Horrible quality! All TEN of the products I ordered did NOT fit to size, was NOT baby friendly, the material is cheap and feels like plastic, and there were loose and uncut strings on every seam.
I had a problems with the shipment of the items and Rachel took care of everything, solving all problems vert quickly. Thank you Rachel and thank you Pat pad. The items I purchased were wonderful!

Shipping was very efficient! The items were very nice. However, there were some sizing issues with the items I ordered. Jeffrey from Patpat was very kind though and refunded me without a hassle for the items that were too large. Be sure to order on the smaller side as most items were much larger than the associated sizing listed on the webpage. Overall, a great company with a nice selection of maternity and baby clothes at very good prices!
Love the quality of the clothing. I ordered some nursing shirts and the sizing was larger than expected so I contacted customer service and they got back to me very quickly. Ronie was very polite in all the emails and is sending me smaller sizes. It was very easy and refreshing that there are people that care. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Who solved my problem in the best possible way
Intrigued by the PatPat website, I decided to make purchases for my 2 children aged 5 months and 5 years.
After the transition, everything arrived quickly and smoothly, the clothes arrived perfect. Only two dresses for the baby arrived a little bigger, but by contacting PatPat's assistance, thanks to RONIE, I had a quick change of clothes, and now the baby is doing very well.

I reached out to patpat b/c the shorts I ordered my husband (size XL) were too small for him. I followed the instructions to contact their customer service and sent a picture of the shorts sent laying on top of the shorts he currently wears. Ryan got back to me promptly and was super helpful and understanding. I asked if we could do an exchange and sure enough after sending over the pictures of the shorts with the tags on them, Ryan confirmed he would ship the next size up XXL to us. Very helpful, very quick and professional. Not to mention, the quality of the material used on the shorts was so nice, I went ahead and purchased the rest of the family set.:-)
Pat Pat's customer service, Anie, was quick and so helpful! I ordered the wrong size and needed the dress for my wedding. They were very accommodating, refunding me the first dress's price and encouraging me to donate it to a cause. I'm very happy with the beauty and quality of the dress!
