Love the products. Had a question regarding gifting and I received a response right away. The agent was very friendly and helpful. I recommendPatPat.
All of the clothes were very cute and well made. Pay close attention to the measurements they provide. My kiddo is right in between sizes and almost everything fit perfectly. The one outfit that didn't fit, I contacted support and Anie responded right away with a refund. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I placed an order in April and still have not received it - over 2 months later, yet I have already been charged for the purchase. I have sent 4 emails and a message on Instagram, but have not received a response answering my questions or providing me information as to where my package is. Instead, the response is a boiler plate email that does not help whatsoever. The website shows that my package has been in transit to the post office since May 2020. I have been very patient, accommodating, and understanding given the additional challenges businesses are facing due to COVID-19. I am especially mindful given that I am a business owner myself. However, the customer service has been frustrating. As a new first time working Mom, I had to go purchase additional clothes for my daughter and will likely have to return the items I eventually (hopefully) receive due to them now being too small.

I love the products! The only issue I have that will keep me from ordering is the turn around after placing an order is VERY slow! I placed multiple orders this Spring and just received all of my orders 8-10 weeks later! When selling baby products, 2+ months shipping is unreasonable.

Good customer service. I asked for help with a return because none of the items I ordered fit. I was disappointed with the item quailty, but they gave me a refund easily which I appreciated.

My 3 year old loved all the prints I bought for him. Personally, I loved the customer support where the return was not a hassle at all. Heinz helped me with shoe return. But the products will really blow your mind.
Polecam. Rzeczy są na prawdę bardzo dobrej jakości. Obsługa szybka i rzetelna. Rozmiary polecam zamawiać takie jakie nosi się na co dzień (nie większe). Zamówiłam rozmiar większy i żałuję bo są za duże a wystarczyło zamówić taki rozmiar jaki kupuje się w orginalnych sklepach. Materiałowo niczym się nie różnią od tych ze sklepów. Paczka przyszła bardzo szybko. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z zamówionych rzeczy i z obsługi bo niestety muszę zwrócić za duże ubrania.
