I bought a head protector for my baby who is now learning to sit independently. Unfortunately the product came with holes on them so I contacted the customer service and I received a reply the very next day saying that refund was on my way. Thank you Kristian!

My first time shopping with Pat Pat... Products take a long time to arrive but it's worth the wait (and they keep you posted of where your parcel is at any given time). Quality matches the prices paid and customer service from ROMEL when I had an issue was outstanding. Would definitely use them again.

I love buying from PatPat they have absolutely cute clothes for my daughter and I to match in at great prices! The customer service is amazing! Jann helped with my last ordered when the swimsuits came out a bit small she helped me exchanged them with no extra cost to me! They truly are a great company to order from and shipping is fast! I bought several pieces for my children, but unfortunately they arrived either in the wrong color or too big for the size. I contacted customer service and their response was quick. Miss Kuenzler helped me and offered me a small refund and to keep the pieces and donate them.

The orders take a long time to get because even though this is a US company their products are made in China. The quality is poor. Their customer service is also, terrible.
