I placed my first order from PatPat and was so excited to receive the items for my baby, and was disappointed in the sizing of 3 of 4 of the products I ordered. They were much bigger than expected, so, better than too small, but still unfortunate. I reached out to customer service, not for a refund but to voice my concern over the mislabeling of sizes, and their customer service rep Arrdev was incredibly friendly and helpful. And offered a refund without needing to send the items back. I will keep them and hope my baby fits them during the right season for their styles and if not, give them to someone else to love. I'll probably order from them again as the clothing is adorable, but will do so with caution.
Fantastic company, clothes are exceptional quality and delivered in speed of time, no problems at all, will definitely be shopping with PatPat very soon. I am one very happy PatPat Shopper!

I've ordered from PatPat several times. I've found extremely affordable maternity/nursing clothes, adorable matching outfits, and unique styles I can't find elsewhere. Company is helpful and quick to respond if you have a question or issue with an item (like needing a different size).
The clothes arrived fairly quickly and they were super cute, especially the kids clothes. I requested a return for my dress as I went with a different look and Vanessa R was very helpful and made the return/refund process easy.

I must say Patpat truly cares. Had ordered newborn baby items but unfortunately due to covid, it took 1.5mths to deliver and all ordered sizes became small. Had continuous follow ups with patpat team and Nico was fully supportive! My full order got refunded via a voucher and I can use the stuffs to gift others and can reorder new sizes again! This is amazing! I love your products and I will definitely order it again! Thanks a ton!

I am so happy I gave PatPat a try! They have a large selection of cute clothing and specifically maternity/nursing clothes. The delivery was fairly quick and they provide a tracking number to make it easy to know where your order is and when to expect it. The part that has made me a new loyal customer though, is their customer service! It was absolutely phenomenal. I had two items that were delivered correctly, they just didn't fit my body how I was hoping and usually I dread dealing with returns or the headache of customer service, but their rep Susie B. Responded to me the same day and made it all so easy!

My boyfriend made an order in June and we haven't received our products as yet. All I would like you to do is return my money or figure out where is my order and send it to me right away...! PatPat sucks people do your research before you order from this $#*! $#*! company.
Clothes arrived very fast. Everything looked amazing. Made the mistake of ordering the wrong size of a few items and Ryan was very prompt and efficient at helping me solve the problem. 10/10 will shop again

I never received my products because of a mishap on USPS part. I loved the customer service experience. They were quick to answer all of my concerns and emails. Customer service means the world to me. Highly recommend them specifically from that. Ryan was the best!
