I recently came into an a technical issue online and was charged even though it said it didn't go through. I then ordered again thinking it didn't work because thats what it said. I then discovered I was in fact charged the first time. They were able to refund it with no problems at all. I enjoy their products too. The prices are amazing as well.
Love my purchases for PatPat. Cute clothes, true to size. Love that they have several items I can match for my boy/girl twins.
I ordered 2 different shirts for going home from the hospital. They seem to be really good quality and will last me a while! Very happy with them. Also, I needed some help with my order and Kristian C was very helpful and polite!
I placed an order on June 13,2020 and more than a month from know it has not been received. The tracking number was never sent and the tracking information in their website I´m sure it´s made up, it also says the package has been delivered which it has not. After writing to their customer service in their website there wasn´t a response. I did get an email right after the order offering me a discount if I posted a good comment. After writing a review through this website I finally got a response and an email to follow up on the order. The package in fact was delivered a couple of weeks back and had been misdelivered by the shipping company. Had patpat sent real shipping data or responded the emails I sent this problem would have been solved a long time ago.
I did receive the products, they were as I ordered. The quality is ok but for the price paid is what you would expect. A printed shirt we bought looked much better in the website than we received. Overall we are happy with order, not very happy with their customer service.
I didn't place my order yet because i found incorrect total sums when i was ready to check out for my order. There is indifference for about 75 S. R The actual amount and your sums up amont. Can you justify that? Or I will not proceed to place my order.

I've received a faulty t-shirt for my baby (a hole on a side because of sewn being on the edge). It was a nice, simple and fast response from patpat's adviser, Arrdev, after just one email.

Having seen Patpat on an advert on Facebook, I decided to place an order as their items were a great price. My order was processed very quickly, and I could track the delivery. The items are good quality and the kids stuff is really cute! When contacting their customer service team to return some items which did not suit me, their responses were great. Karen P was so helpful and resolved my query very quickly. Would buy again from them!
