Amazing customer service, I had an issue with receiving my order due to address change and Ryan not only placed a new order for me but also adjusted the clothing size as I now needed a bigger size. Their clothes is stunning and the prices are unbeatable!
Great quality in affordable prices. Really happy with my maternity dresses purchased. Elaine from customer service was brilliant helping me out with the sizing. The only down size is the delivery time which is about 2 weeks but its shipping from America so not surprised.

I love my new nursing shirts I received in the mail. I have been trying to find cute and a affordable nursing shirts to make going out with my baby easier. These shirts were just what I was looking for. Easy to use with still being modest. We also had a mix up in my order and customer service has been very helpful and kind when working with me.
I ordered lots of items for my new baby and I am very happy with them. My order arrived in 12 days and during that time I messaged customer support with a query, April replied to me very quickly and helped answer my question promptly. I will be ordering again.

The experience I had with customer service is very sad given the fact that I am a returning customer who has spent hundreds of dollars at this company.
I ordered a shirt bib (amongst a large order) and it was defective. The catch pouch at the bottom is sewn to the back of the bib not the front. I reached out immediately to customer service and the respond I received back was that they refunded the amount back onto my visa for the bib, without my authorization. Now, what's frustrating is that they never waited to hear back before refunding and told me to donate the item and repurchase. I still need the bib and like the customer rep stated that she was in the wrong for refunding right away and that they won't resend a proper manufactured bib due to the risk of random duty fees. Yet, they expect me to repurchase and risk my item being stuck and I pay the fees for their mistake. I'm highly disappointed and can only imagine the trouble I would go through if a more expensive item was damaged or defective not a $2.54 bib.
Because of this super annoying experience I and not going to waste another penny at this company. Any other company would send out a replacement bib right away and make fair amends with the customer to keep their business, especially when they know how much money they spend regularly at this site.
Bought many clothes and each one is best love the colors love the stuff and quality is best and prices are very reasonable
