The item I ordered for my daughter did not fit. Rachel was quick about taking care of this issue. There was no problem with getting a different size. They responded in a timely manner and have already processed my order.
I didn't read what the return policy was before I reached out to the support team in regards of two items that did not fit. SUSIE B was very helpful and patient with explaining what she could do for me. She responded to my emails very fast! I wanted to return to purchase other things but they did not want me to pay for a shipping fee! I've never had an experience so stress free like this. They gave me a refund and let me keep the items. I bought this really cute tank that I can use even after I give birth for nursing! It's super comfortable and refreshing to wear. AND it was under 10$! It is also very true to its size. Definitely shopping here again and highly recommend! It did take a while for me to receive but it is understandable due to COVID; But it is definitely worth the wait!

I am giving Pat Pat 4 stars because of the prices, communication to fulfill and ship my order, and timely customer service response. The only reason I am not giving Pat Pat 5 stars is because 4/5 clothing items did not fit me correctly, despite consulting the sizing chart before purchasing. However, they handled the return splendidly and I do plan on making another purchase from Pat Pat in the future.

I was skeptical about this company after just dealing with a brutal transaction though a different company I discovered on my facebook feed. However, Patpat's order arrived quickly, I like the quality, some great maternity/nursing options, the toddler shirt I ordered is super cute. The pieces that didn't fit were dealt with in a way that made me more than happy. I will definitely shop here again.
