I had a size issue with an order for cute dresses I ordered but it was all sorted out so well by Ginn Sins so I am really impressed. Two other items I ordered at the same time were perfect. I am so happy with my order from Patpat. I really love the baby clothes that I purchased from the website. The quality is great. They are too big, but I know I would be using them very soon since babies grow fast.

I ordered a maternity dress & onesies, and though the dress wasn't very good quality, the onesies seem to be better quality and are absolutely adorable.

Initially I had to wait for long for my parcel n when I dint had any info about my parcel I contacted the customer service representative. Rindele the customer service representative not only replied me swiftly but also helped me trackmy order n he/she also expetided the process. I ordered maternity shorts, very well-made and pretty true to size. Normally I wear a double zero so they were rather large for me. Belle In customer service was very gracious in helping me with my return. I did wait a long time but I completely understand because of COVID-19. Will definitely order again from this company

I am very pleased with the service i have received from patpat (Anie). I had trouble with an accidental double order, which was kindly settled by the offer of either a full refund or for me to keep the items and they would give me a gift voucher for the amount aswell. Which i went with the second option as i couldnt wait to order more adorable clothing from their site
