I have ordered with PatPat multiple times and never had issues this was the first. Their customer service is amazing and super helpful. I will definitely keep ordering from PatPat for years to come. Placed first order took way too long to get here like 3weeks. Items were not sized correctly never sent back cause only paid couple of dollars and not worth the aggravation or wait for money back. They said try agaain we will do better gave good discount code so i was stupid and did. Well ordered a month ago and still no items and same stupid message about package in transit. Says it is but hasnt moved oh and it went from near me in NY all the way to CA and now just nowhere. No way to contact but email and they do not give a crap they just send same stupid message. Do not bother with this company they are a joke and found out their clothing does NOT come from USA.

Immanuel from patpat customer service has been super helpful and quick with responses when I had questions about my order, especially during this time of crisis when everything seems to be getting delayed because of covid. I misjudged the sizes so some of the clothes I ordered were too big but really liked that they were breastfeeding friendly! He was also sweet enough to not have me return the others and gift it to someone else so i wouldn't deal with the hassle of the shipping fee. My better fitting clothes are on their way and I'm super excited! I recommend patpat to anyone!
I bought a few dresses for my baby from patpat. When I placed the order I did not find any place to apply the coupon. When I emailed their support team they were extremely quick to reply. My rep JAMES RAIDER was extremely helpful in applying the coupon on my order and sending me the refund. Will defintely recommend PatPat not just for their quality and variety in clothing but also for their excellent customer support.
Good Quality, Great customer service. I have ordered few nursing tops and had and issue with the order, so reached out to the support team. JIMMY was very helpful and patient with explaining what can be done for me. Will be shopping more in future.
