Customer service is really efficient and super fast. I wanted to return an item because it did not fit me well and Arrdev (the person I contacted) answered that they will refund me without the need for a return. I also loved the other products I bought, which were matching bathing suits with my daughter.

I have accidentally put wrong shipping address and when I contacted Pat Pat customer service, Elaine has sent me reply fast to rectify my problem. Thank U Pat Pat

We had been shopping from patpat quite a while and thoroughly enjoyed the varieties with this shopping experience.

Though delivery is bit slow as it comes from china. But the packaging and customer service is excellent. You also get many vouchers while shopping and hence saves amount.

I didn't realize I had ordered two of the same item until the package came. I contacted the company and their response was very quick. They offered me a voucher which was just as good.

I ordered $65 in clothing in May. It still has yet to arrive! There has been no movement on the package since 6/10! It's now 7/29!
I email them daily and the reply with a bogus answer each time. Soo frustrating. Don't waste your time or money!

My order was incorrect but they canceled it for me. I will try to order again because they were willing to work with me. Telephone support service would be helpful but they did get back to me quickly by email.
