Their products are great, their delivery is particularly fast(especially in the times of the pandemic), and the customer service was friendly and efficient. Rachel was particularly helpful when I needed an item exchange.
Shopping experience was great. Found everything I needed. When it came to check out it was simple and easy. I accidentally put in the wrong address and realized after the order was confirmed. Customer service took care of it almost immediately! Within 24 hrs my address was changed to the correct one and had no worries. Csnt wait to recieve my items.

Rachel in customer service has been very responsive, clear and kind and the size issue have been solved in a couple of days. I was made to pay my customs duty for the products I shopped on the site... for 7k amount of products I paid 4k as customs duty. It doesn't get much worse than this... i am disappointed with the granted irresponsible attitude towards the customers... felt bad..

I ordered several nursing blouses for my son's partner, but not knowing her style or exact size, I knew some might be returned. The delivery arrived in good time and the blousex were well made, but 2 were not her style so needed to be returned. I got in touch with customer service and Rachel was very helpful. The matter was handled quickly and efficiently.
