Customer service was fantastic! Thanks to Keunzler my issue was solved quickly and efficiently. Rather than returning the item, I happily accepted a store credit - the clothes on Patpat are great quality and so reasonably priced.
Additionally they suggested I save shipping costs of returning the item by simply donating the item to a local charity. Thoughtful, courteous and efficient customer service. They are great to deal with

I placed order on 15th June and haven't received it till now. They don't have proper channels to track the order. Thier courier partners are also fraud. Never order from this site.
