Good company to deal with, shipping was faster than expected (1 week UK). Lovely dresses, nice material, very reasonably priced. Had to return 2 tops as fit wasn't quite right (hence 4 star review), but customer service team were very prompt and had no problems getting a refund.

When i placed the order, i was not aware of custom charges so i requsted for order cancellation. But KRISTIAN C from pat pat team understand my concern and gave a 15% refund solution and continue with order. I accept it because Kristian understood me. Really appreciate.
