I was very worried about handling returns and exchanges through email but April did an amazing job at solving my issue fast and efficiently.
I have ordered a few items with a wrong email I'd, so I couldn't track my order. But when I contact the customer care, one lady named Susie B helped me tracking my order details + got the new customer discounts too. And the packing is adorable and the products are very cute. Really loved PatPat.

I recently ordered a number of items on PatPat that arrived quickly, each separately packaged and labelled. Their baby clothes are super cute and of good quality. I have ordered from PatPat a number of times and have always received excellent customer service any time I have had any issues. With this particular order there were a number of items that didn't fit so I contacted customer service. Both Reynar and Junabelle assisted me in a this manner. I requested to return and and get a refund on the items that didn't fit. They generously told me they didn't want me to have to pay for shipping costs to return the items, so they issued me a full refund and let me keep the items - to be given to someone else. I was very impressed with how quickly they resolved my issue. Thank you!

This was the first time i ordered something online trusting on it. I had two orders from this company which my baby wanted to wear for the special occasion but have no any updates. I got an email saying to contact the courier along with tracking number but when I did it I got a reply saying they have not received that consignment into their network, the scans showing on tracking system are not physical scans on the parcel. Is there any direct contact of this company?

I contacted costumer service and had a great response from the CSR, now I am waiting for my new tracking number, I am not even mad about this misunderstanding my costumer service Pearl were very kind and helpfuly
