I 1st order is excellent get some problem But the costumer service do a great Job to help Me shout out to APRIL for help me. I love the quality of the clothes and shoes is comfortable soft clothes.
I ordered nearly 12 plus dress. Among them one was faulty which was bought from clearance. Two of them was not fitting as expected. I dropped a mail to the help center and in 24 hours got a reply from someone named LEXX.My concern was cleared and got a full refund for the faulty item. Overall experience was super.
Never trust patpat company. The quality of their products are very poor and if you asked for your refund they never get back to. Before your purchase th customer service are very nice but after you purchase items and received their poor quality products and asking for refund they never get back to you or even reply your email. Never trust patpat.
Have loved most of products. Some not true to sizing but efficient and timely in return/refund department.

Although shipping was not very quick, I loved the items when they arrived. Beautiful, well-made clothes for my girls! I only had an issue with one item. What was supposed to be an outfit for my 15-month old looked like it would fit a kindergartner. I emailed customer support and quickly received a response from Heinz with options for a refund. I appreciated the promptness of communication and the options given me. Overall, I've had a great experience with this company!
I purchased 3 outfits, one for each of my grandchildren. I also ordered a pr of 2xl maternity leggings and 2 t-shirts. Clothes ordered for 1 year old, way too big. Clothes for the 3 year old supposed to be jeans and a hoodie. Jeans are as thin as a t-shirt and the hoodie is t-shirt material. The four year olds dress is so thin and ties around the neck. Not in the description anywhere. The 2xl maternity leggings, those really take the cake. I don't know any woman, let alone pregnant woman who could wear these. I'm not even sure my 4 year old granddaughter could wear them. The 2 t-shirts are of course too small but I can try them in a few months.

I purchased a set of swim suits but two of them weren't fitting, so I emailed the customer service ans Reyna was so nice and solved my problem. I didn't even have to return the items but still got a refund. Great customer service!

I love PatPat for the large selection of clothing. I always find new and adorable clothing options. I rated the 5 stars because their customer service is always quick to respond and will to make quick and easy returns or exchanges. Most recently Glenn was able to process my exchange in a quick and friendly manner. They are my go to site for myself and my child!
I love patpat this is big quality of clothes. I buy baby clothes this was so nice quality... it takes 15 days for deliver to order but order is received safely and gud packing..
