Good cc respond for returning and shipping. Love this site! I was skeptical at first because the prices seemed almost too good to be true.
Poor service! The same day I placed the order after the confirmation email stating " Your order will arrive in 10-25 business days after it's shipped. " I emailed quickly to cancel the order due to us PCSing we will not be here for that long of a time frame assuming the order would take at leas a week maybe 1w 1/2 fue to delays but almost a whole month?
I received an email back instead of cancelling the order they offered 15% refund for an order I may not even receive... I called to cancel AGAIN with the offering certain % after I once again that I won't be here in that time frame... requested a supervisor and he denied transferring me... As a customer service rep if I have a client stating that they want to cancel an order I cancel the order not send them certain % refund unless there's an issue with the actual order itself.
What they do is extend the time frame so that the order cannot not get cancelled and ships out and have the customers lose money regardless if money was the issue or not. I find it offensive that when I request to speak to a supervisor I get told NO! Really?! Really thought of ordering more clothes through here since it's cute for my baby but with this service I will not order again.
Didn't receive any of my items I ordered. The post office said delivered and I still didn't receive anything and Pat Pat isn't trying to refund me or replace missing items ‼ Be careful when ordering from this place. They keep telling me to show proof that it wasn't delivered when it clearly says delivered idk who may have my babies clothes. How tf am I gone show proof of some I don't $#*!ing have. Also they take at least a week to respond.

Ordered these amazing clothes from PatPat for my 5month old daughter.
They look super cute and are very adorable.
Material is great. Some are easily washable.
They come with fancy bands too!
Their maternity bag is super awesome. Spacious, well thought & comfortable.

I love the variety of styles they have for boys & girls! And shipping didn't take entirely too long.

Love this site! I was skeptical at first because the prices seemed almost too good to be true. Although shipping does take quite a while (mine took about 3 weeks), it's worth the wait. I had a few items that didn't fit as planned & Glenn with customer service was great to work with. The quality is great for the price, definitely will be using this site in the future!

I must say that i never expected such a wonderful shopping experience. It was overall splendid. I will be shopping more on this platform definitely. All items arrived earlier than expected and all issues resolved faster than usual.
We purchased 4 outfits to all our family members online. My husband and son's size didn't fit. I read the return policy before ordering which says they will take return and refund. But now they are not taking return and giving 50% coupon and asking us to retain the clothes. Without proper size its no use for us. By giving 50 % coupon of our purchased clothes they are forcing us to buy again with them with this worst experience and worse customer service.
When I denied the offer and requested full return they didn't respond after that.
