After purchasing a set of pajamas for the family, I realized I wanted a different design. Before my order was processed, I contacted costumer support by email to cancel my order so I could order a different set. Not even 24 hours later, i received an email from April indicating they I'd get a refund and that my order was cancelled. Quick and friendly customer service! Will keep shopping with them!
Same as described in pictures very friendly stafff helpfull and nice offers sale. So good page to buy and save money

Products look very nice in the picture but in reality quality is very poor and look cheap just my opinion and standard. I thought I would give it a go since the products on the photos look stunning however it's the opposite. I don't recommend and will never order again.
Good quality and cheap as well. Ryan helped me with my order issue when I accidentally order some stuff and the response was very quick and theg refund my all the money within 24 hours

Love the Mommy and Me dresses! Third purchase from this company and each purchase was quick to arrive, great quality, stretchy, super soft cotton, great packaging, runs big but that just means we can get alot of wear out of the purchases! Completely surprised since these dresses are so cheap! Definitely NOT cheaply made! Will definitely be ordering LOTS more! I'm wearing a small (5'9 140-145lbs) and our daughter is in 3-4 T (3'1 31 lbs) so we can wear these next summer too!

We absolutely love PatPat! I just recently ordered a few items for my daughters for them to match. Not only are the items great quality but the prices are incredible. I got three matching outfits for them and two dresses for myself for about $55! I get compliments anywhere that we go when they're in their outfits from PatPat and I absolutely love the amount of choices that they have available on their website! The items are unique and I don't see a other kids in items I purchased from PatPat; unlike when you purchase from big box retailers. We will definitely be buying more items and I may even ask for family members to buy us items from the website for the upcoming holidays as gifts.

Really disappointed with the material. Clearly states in the description that the clothes are made from 95% Cotton & 5% Spandex, upon arrival I noticed the clothes are way too spandex like. Checked the label on the inside of the clothes and it says 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex.
Description was misleading, will not be ordering anything from PatPat ever again. Cheap & useless!

Ok, I must admit I was initially very reluctant to buy from Patpat.
They have a WIDE ARRAY of products that's crazy irresistable, so you kinda start doubting how it is that they have loads when other companies just have a few.
I'd like to think I'm a 'smarter' shopper now for reading reviews, so naturally, I did. I read lots of bad reviews, and that made me real sad.
I was particularly attracted to the matching family clothing items, so I started looking for similar items online. Surprisingly, there isn't really much available, especially for the early days (newborn-1st year matching clothes to mum and dad).
This made me think..."ok, I'll take a risk and try 2 pairs of matching mum and baby items first!"
They arrived DAYS (maybe a week) before the ETD! Now that's A BIG PLUS for me considering the current pandemic. Probably the only downside is that the items were a little too creased when they arrived - likely from transit.
They were a gift for my sister and my darling baby niece. I did ask my sister what size she was and sent her the size guide, but unfortunately, the mommy ones were bigger than what she expected.
'Don't fret', I said! I'll contact them and we'll get this sorted. One day after my email, here come SUSIE B to save the day!
She was very considerate, professional, and all at the same time friendly! She resolved the issue like a flash!
Now... to order more for my darling niece!
Junabelle M from customer service was amazing. She resolved my issue with my order very fast. As well I'm positively surprised with quality of the items I received. Although the price is very low the quality is not.
I brought two pairs of light up shoes and I have an issue with one pair after the first use the lights not working anymore so I contacted customer support and got put on to KRISTIAN C she was able to resolve mate issue within 24hrs during the coronavirus pandemic an issue near refund with no questions asked
I am so happy with the service i received, i was unhappy with the style of item i had chosen such a beautiful dress, after trying it on it was not for me. I desided to email Patpat, i was so happy with the response i recieved. I would give 5 s. Still really happy as i have had bad experience with other online shops.
I will recommend, good customer service and quality products. I have bought children's clothes and shoes from this website.
