After getting the wrong size, I had to contact customer service. They emailed me back within a day and offered me a refund or a voucher. They even let me keep the item.
I absolutely LOVE Patpat. They have so many styles for all ages and all seasons. I buy 90% of my toddler clothes there. I also buy a lot of our matching outfits too. Every piece I receive I love, Nothing to complain about. I always tell everyone I know about it. Totally recommend.

Purchased a lot of headbands for babygirl, and the texture is elastic yet strong. The colors are beautiful, just like the images on their site. No itchy for baby. I am also very happy with a diaper bag and having 3 kids, this one tops every kind I've experienced. Multiple pockets with zippers for security and an attached changing pad is what convinced me.

I ordered 11 outfits from PatPat and I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first... BUT it took less than a week for them to get here, and all of this was less than $100! I'm in love definitely go check them out

I ordered one item from Patpat to see how I like it. I ended up loving this website and products! I was having a hard time finding nursing shirts and I found a Patpat has a good selection of quality nursing shirts for a good price. The customer service was very helpful Heinz Paul helped me with everything I needed and was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from Patpat again and recommend it to my friends.
I had some issues with the sizing of the clothes but customer service was great and they resolved my issues!
I made a mistake placing an order and contacted costumer service. Their agent Ham B was very patient and kind and guided me through the process to solve my problem.
I ordered from Pat Pat on August 13th, and they promise 7-10 day free shipping. By the end of the month I still hadn't received an update and I emailed customer service. They responded 2 business days later and sent me a tracking number which was confusing because it showed my package as delivered. I then had to call the random shipping company called SF express, house information was not readily provided, then I got referred to a call canter in LA, and finally I found out that the package actually had been converted to a Purolator shipment with a completely new tracking number. Neither PatPat or Purolator EVER contacted me or tried to deliver my package to my door. Apparently it was held at the warehouse and 5 business days later they SENT THE PACKAGE BACK TO CHINA WITH NO NOTICE. When I brought this issue up to PatPat they were super unhelpful and I am STILL in the process of obtaining a refund.
I cannot trust this company to ever order from them again because they do not communicate well. Dealing with their customer service is slow and frustrating. They only send 1 email per day so now, 18 emails later and a whole month since my order, on September 15th I still do not have my refund! I no longer need the clothes and will never order here again and I encourage everyone to avoid this hassle.

I wrote a wrong number on my address... I was afraid I was going to loose my package. Because they would process it before I could get hold of them. Arrdev got back to me in a day and resolved my problem.
Had to call to see the conversion. I ordered a 3.5 when order came it was a 2 confused but it actually was right
