Love all my items I order from PatPat, the price, quality and customer service is unmatched. They stayed in contact with me during the quarantine about my delayed order. Recently spoke to KRISTIAN C and she was great, super helpful and response time is always fast. PatPat is my baby store for everything now.
They authorized the payments but I have no shipping information all my items are still in the kart. They have to be a scam or maybe people catch them on a good day because I feel dumb! Hi, I got to know about PatPat thru my friends. Initially I was bit hesitant to go with patpat, thinking that customer support may not be equal to amazon. However, I decided to place one order and see how it is. But trust me, it was a very good shopping experience with PatPat. Placed my first order that contain 10 items. Received the items well before the scheduled delivery date. The items are individually packed and of good quality. My 5 year daughter loved all the items ( Hairpins, Hairbands, Dress, etc.,).
Customer support also of super fast. One item is not as expected and contacted customer support for return. I got the response very next day. I got the amount refunded in three days. To my surprise, PatPat told me that I no need to ship back the item for which they refunded. I am very happy with Patpat. I will recommend to try shopping with Patpat. Thanks
