I just ordered some nursing bras, hoodies and an outfit for baby. I received everything in a timely manner good quality items. I ordered a size up everything fits with a bit of room to spare. I am still pregnant due in December so I can wear everything now with my growing belly and after baby arrives. I will definitely order again thank you pat pat.
This site was very helpful when the package got lost in the mail. The email response was very quick and personalized to my specific problem. While I didn't receive the product, I was still very pleased with their team and Karen P.'s help. I will be ordering from here again.

I'm not sure how many good reviews here are genuine. PatPat has an influencer program so perhaps one can get discount or something if posting a good review about them.
To start with I was lured by their cute and relatively cheap clothes and 10% off first order offer. I registered an account with them and tried to place an order, but the 10% off didn't apply automatically and I couldn't find the 10% off discount code. I then emailed their customer service and enquired of this. Rather surprisingly their customer service had no idea what I was talking about. They asked me to send a screenshot of the offer to them. The 10% off first order is right on the front page of their website, mentioned in the Rewards section in their Q&A, and also appeared when you register or subscribe to them. Yet their customer service didn't know any of these and kept asking me to evidence this 10% off first order offer. I have never come across such customer service who has no knowledge of their company information and service, and are so unhelpful and time consuming. Of course this put me off from placing an order.
During this process I did some research on the company and their products. It turned out that all their clothes are made and shipped from China. Their warehouse is in China. Basically they are just a platform based overseas selling Chinese clothes. I have no problem with clothes made in China, but when I found exact same clothes on Chinese shopping platforms which cost half the price, I wondered why anyone would pay double and sometimes more than double for them to be shipped from China anyway. Moreover, a lot of the design and photos were taken from small individual designers, for example on Etsy, but the clothes are made from cheaper material. I would not want my baby to wear any such clothes. Be aware and avoid them - even just for the sake of your baby/child's delicate skin
Would highly recommend patpat for all kind of stuff as they have amazing service amd co operative staff.

The products are beautiful and amazing. I love there mommy and mini outfits. The clothes are beautiful and the toddler shoes are beautiful. Pat pat has given a new name to matching with your kids. I love there matching bathing suites. They give a whole different meaning to be parents

I'm a client from pat pat already 3 years and I never need to use the customer service cause I'm always very happy with the products. For the first time I ordered a pregnant dress and it didn't suit me well and they had an amazing customer service.
I received my order from PatPat and one of the items was blemished. I contacted them on a Saturday, and they responded on Sunday. Super fast service. I chose to keep the item and take a credit, which is just great. Also Rohanie helped me out and did a super job. Very happy with the outcome and will purchase other items from PatPat.
