I love this company. They have so many cute styles and their matching outfits are to die for. I ordered one for my cousin and her new baby girl. Although it took a little while for me to get my product in the mail. When I did the quality of it was amazing. I did have some size issues but the customer service I received from Kuenzler made up for any issues that I had. I highly recommend ordering from this company.

I tried many different site/stores to find clothes for my baby that are not only great quality but affordable. So when I discovered patpat I found just that! Since then this is my number one place to buy my daughters clothes.! Everything is true to size, perfect quality, gets delivered super quick and is very affordable!
The items couldn't be brought to me due to failure from the delivery company, after a while, patpat team got the items sent back to them and gave me a refund. Pleased with how it all worked out.

Love Pat Pat! I've was hesitant at first because the prices were so good but I ordered a lot of newborn baby things thinking I would return them if they weren't any good. My first grandchild isn't due til March so I figured I had plenty of time and didn't care that the site said it would take 10 to 25 days to receive the items. To my surprise the items were here within a week. They are beautiful, good quality, vibrant colors and well made. I loved them so much I surprised my daughter with a lot of maternity clothes. Again received the order within a week. A few items had to be returned because they were a little too small. I contacted customer service and Arrdev was quick to respond and replace the items. Can't wait to find out if the baby is a boy or a girl so I can order more!

You get n number of things for newborns and for mothers. Very nice quality and the rates are super awesome. They say the shipment will arrive in 18-22 days, but it's always fast, way before the promised dates.
I am really really impressed with their customer service, this is the actual customer service. They never ant their customers to face any kind of inconvenience. The person named Arrdev is really so so humble and polite and on top to help with any queries or issues.

I've buying matching patpat Christmas pjs for my grandkids for several years. Patpat is the only place I've found that has matching cute pjs for all sizes and both genders. My grandkids love them because they're soft & comfortable and wear them throughout the year. They're handed down from one child to another and have lasted several years.

I recently purchased several maternity items which were of great quality especially considering the affordable price, but unfortunately the sizing wasn't quite right. When I sent a request to the Customer Service Team to return the items, their representatives VANESSA R & ELAINE N were extremely helpful, and quickly offered a refund & store credit while also saving me the hassle of having to return the items - quite literally the best customer service I have received from any online retailer! Will definitely shop with them again & recommend them to others.
I love shopping from ParPat and the dresses are super cute and adorable. Additionally I contacted them to give me some good discount on a large order I was about to place ans ROHANIE was efficient enough to get me a good discount deal.
