I bought many dresses for my baby girl. Most of them were in good quality and look really pretty. Although there were some problems with a few items, the customer service I contacted, Rohanie, was very patient and helpful to solve the problem. Go a really happy shopping experience.

I had an amazing experience with PatPat! I bought some shirts for my pregnancy and some of them didn't fit the way I had wanted them to and Rohanie made the return and refund process so easy!
90% of my order was great. 1 top had a large hole in the back. But 1 email later I have a replacement on the way to me. I was also offered credit or a full refund. Excellent customer service.
The baby clothes I order via PatPat where too large so I started a refund request. Within less than 24 hours I got a response from ANIE, who offered me the options of reshipment, voucher and refund. I took the voucher as I wanted to order available clothes in a smaller size. All worked very vell and I could place my new order.
This was my first time ordering through PatPat and I was very excited about the products I ordered. The only downside was that the hooded sweater I ordered, unlike the other items, was too tight on the shoulders and short in arm length. I brought up my concerns and was hoping for an exchange. Susie B, in customer service, got my request and was very sweet in offering to just ship me a new larger size to accommodate me. She refused that I even send the size I currently had! She seemed to understand how upsetting it would have been to ship 1 item back for a wrong size. This was more than I ever expected from PatPat. I also honestly thought maybe this was a hoax when I first ordered but so far they have exceeded my expectations! It was very nice of her and I look forward to seeing if the new size fits better!
Very prompt reply to change my delivery method, within 24 hours since I sent request. The Promotion count down on top of the website is a little confusing because it shows different time when I open a new browser
Refund…
I bought matching outfits for my family. However the dress didn't suit me and patpat give me free refund and i still can keep the clothes. I really appreciate patpat customer service in providing the best solution for their customer
