So I received fantastic customer service from Junabelle. I ordered some clothes from PatPat for my daughter and it was sent to the wrong address(a fault of mine) and with the help of Junabelle, I was able to get the clothes with a smooth process! I love Junabelle!

Clothes didn't quite fit, hence I wanted to return 3 of my 4 items. Send a message and received a prompt reply with different options, I chose the refund, which was then processed very quickly. Heinz Paul was super helpful.
Clothes are amazing and have never had one bad item. Unlike other shops these clothes last and don't shrink in tumble dryer. Customer service is also excellent. Defo recommend PatPat

I've been ordering mostly maternity cloths from here. I also ordered a few baby onces. I am on my 19th week pregnancy. Surprisingly good quality! Unbelievable for the price. Amazing customer service by RINDELLE! I ordered 12 sets of Christmas pajamas and two didn't fit. RINDELLE was very quick and courteous with resolving my problem so I could replace the ones needing replaced. RINDELLE states my refund will be here in a 5-7 days. I will definitely order from PatPat again!
