Placed a 10 item order, had order confirmation, no sign of items arriving, have contacted customer service about 5 times and getting no response, I want my money back now, it doesn't look hopeful

Jag har köpt ett flertal gånger från Patpat, men senaste gången var det flera storleksfel, så jag kontaktade dem. De är mycket trevliga och vill gärna lösa frågan. Men av någon anledning gick det inte att svara till deras avsändar mailadress. Det var frustrerande. Mailen bara studsade tillbaka till mig. Till slut löste det sig och jag skall få återbetalning. Im still waiting for my package I ordered it since August 19 and till now still not arrive yet i know its covid but how come when i seach for the tracking they sent me it stop on the date 9/22 and says handed over to other airline. Im confused and worried if i still get a chance to receive my package

We have been loving ordering from Pat Pat. Such cute outfits for littles, and family matching outfits too! We have found that unlike some retailers, they usually run a little larger, which leaves room to grow!
