This store have amazing things. The shoes arrived in the wrong sizes, although I chose the size correctly. After reaching out to customer service, Heinz Paul was an incredible resource and so helpful. He replied really fast and was very helpful.

Pat pat has nice n trandy cloths for mom and baby. Just returns service should be easy too.

I had a problem with a set of family christmas pajamas I ordered - they were much lighter material than I was expecting and not warm enough to wear in the winter. They would have been perfect for warmer weather &. The design was lovely. Customer service agent Susie B was excellent and responded very promptly and we came to a satisfactory solution to the issue.

Patpat clothes are very nice quality and true to size. I live in the US and I ordered Oct 10th. I rec'd all items Oct 20th. That is amazing shipping and specially because of how far they come. Love this site.
