Love the outfits I ordered. And they are very accommodating if you have any issues or concerns. The clothing are quality and affordable,
The reason I have to rate a 4 has nothing to do with the shipping or quality of the clothing. It has to do with customer support. I screenshotted the number of times I have ordered because my status wasn't showing the correct status. I was told that it was due to purchasing via the web not the mobil app. I explained that when I tried purchasing via the app, it was glitching and because I needed the order before Christmas, I purchased it on the web browser. Patpat did not honor the 2 purchases. I spent a lot and given the circumstances, I believe they should have honored it. I love their clothing and will continue buying from them but it's unfortunate that they don't help their customers. I have promoted their brand on my social media platforms and always tag them to get them out there.

Such quality items and great variety for boys! Cute Boys are sometimes hard to find other than trucks and dinosaurs. I find sizes run a little big.

Gerade, weil die kleinen sooo schnell aus den Klamotten wachsen, ist es schön, wenn man für die Kleidung nicht so viel zahlen muss.
Nach dem ersten Waschgang riecht die Kleidung auch nicht mehr komisch.

Before ordered i thought is this PatPat is genuine or not but i read some reviews and ordered some clothes for my daughter.
All the clothes are so pretty and I love them but in that order one of the dress was minor defective so email to PatPat, I got very quick reply from PatPat and the person who is handling my issue his/ her name is JONALYN he/she helps me lot by email to short out this issue.
I purchased a few items and some were too big, the assistance I received was so helpful and Jonalyn was courteous, thank you so much
It is amazing how fast and reliable patpat is. I place an order on 15th October and to my surprise it came on 20th of October and all the things I bought was very good infact if I can give more than 5 stars I will do it
