I was ordering matching pj's for my family this Christmas and accidentally order 4 extra sets. I contacted Patpat for information on how to return the items. They were quick to respond and told me they would refund my account and to keep the pj's to gift to someone. What a blessing! I will be donating these pj's to a women's clinic in their name! Thank you Patpat!

I ordered various things from PatPat recently. I only really had trouble with one of the items I wanted to return. I was helped by Jonalyn from the PatPat service team who was very polite and helpful in communicating with me through the refund process. My emails were answered in a short amount of time and my issue was resolved without a problem!

They are scram! I have my first order in here and pay more than £7 for delivery fees which is 5-8 businesses working day. But more than 2 months I didn't receive my order. I complained which company and they didn't solve my problem and refund money. I lost my money and didn't get my suff at all. WARNING!

This is the second year that I have ordered Christmas pajamas from Patpat. Both times the ordered was received in a timely manner. This year I had a sizing issue and contacted the company. It was handled and resolved immediately
Shipping took a bit long but service and price pretty good. One item did have a stain on it and they refunded my money. I ordered about 13 items and all came in but took about 2 weeks and only had an issue with one item.
Thank you KIM B for helping me i was not expecting this fast response from customer service but my problem was solved within 24 hours all thanks to KIM B. I will shop next time for sure only because of kim such a good customer service he has given me.
