Had a great experience with their customer service. I was not pleased with a matching Mommy&Me set so I wanted to return it, they advised me to keep it and they will issue me my refund due to COVID.
I buy lots of stuff from patpat. Recently I didn't like fabric of few dress for my baby. I talked about fabric with Irish, and he was so helpful and understanding. They also provided me with patpat money for shoping in future. Awesome costumer service experience..

The experience I had with this site goes above great customer service. I ordered pajamas for my family based off the size guide and the large was bigger than expected. The representative went above and beyond to help me get the items in the correct size and refunded me without any hassle. Even after refunding me they gave the items that were too big to give as a Christmas gift. Highly recommended by me

Stay clear from this company.! I asked them to cancel my order when I realised that my order would take a long time to arrive. I sent them numerous e-mails which they have ignored.
Very prompt response from the team, and the person attending to me called Melvin, when situations like the size does not fit they resolve the issue for me instantaneously, quality is good and never disappoint. Have been shopping with them even before my baby boy was born, and he is 18th months now and I am still getting items from them!

I wanted to return 5 items of my 9 items purchased on PatPat, I was disappointed the items wouldn't match the conventional sizes so I contacted the technical service to trigger a return, I was very pleased to have Crystal T as an agent, she was very kind and she even proposed to keep my item and to do a refund of the money I spent! I was very satisfied with her handling this issue and would certainly purchase more items on PatPat thanks to her kind response

I bought some fabulous baby bodysuits on the Patpat website, they have great quality, very affordable prices and have a Beautiful aesthetic, there is a wide choice of both clothes and decorations for Home, I will definitely buy again because I found it really very good. Shipping time around 15/20 days but it's worth it
