We love Pat Pat in our house. As a mom of 2, finding cute affordable clothing can be hard. Pat Pat makes it easy for us though. The website is easy to navigate and they have great sales. Shipping is also fairly quick, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend to all mommies out there.
I didn't get to enjoy my package I was sad because I ordered so much things for my kids and I have three. I was really excited to hear it was delivered and go outside and see that someone had taken it. I was then furious because the delivery company wasn't being professional or even trying to help. I was talking to CASSEYLENE and she had confirmed a full refund to me and so I'm waiting for that. I bet the items I ordered would've been beautiful I found them on TikTok
I shop here all the time and love everything I buy. This last time I had one outfit that didn't fit right and they responded quickly telling me to donate the outfit and they will issue a full refund. You can't ask for any more than that.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought 12 maternity/nursing items from PatPat. Of these 12 items, 1 worked for me. After contacting customer service 6 days ago to return the 11 items, I have yet to speak with a real person. I keep getting told that the items I bought were clearance so they will not refund me. Now, if this were true it would be the end of it, but after going back and checking I see that only 2 of the items were labeled as clearance, 6 were on sale (but were not labeled clearance), and 3 were full price. After telling them this and providing pictures as evidence, they still told me that all 11 of the items were labeled clearance. I am very disappointed in their "customer service" and have learned a valuable lesson not to do any business with PatPat.

Le service client est facile d'accès et très réactif! J'ai eu un problème de taille sur ma commande, le chat m'a répondu tout de suite et envoyé une demande de remboursement que j'ai reçu en retour de mail sous 48h! Il vont remboursé l'intégralité de mes articles trop grands et je peux garder les articles quand même! Je vous dirai en combien de jours j'ai été remboursé ( ils disent 7-15j)
