KARMI was an excellent customer service rep! I was prepared to send my items back because the event I needed them for had been cancelled. I would've had to pay for shipping but I didn't mind. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter, size 22, but unfortunately I received a wrong size (too big compared to the one I ordered).
As soon as I explained the customer service the problem, asking if it was possible to send them back so to have the right size, Mr Jeffrey of the PatPat Service Team offered me a full refund of the boots' amount.
The day after my refund was on the way!
