I ordered some nursing bras and a pumping bra. The pumping bra came in the wrong size even though the bag showed it was the size I ordered. After back and forth messaging the company they decided to send me a new bra in the size I need and to just keep or re-gift the incorrect bra. They processed everything and my new bra is now on it's way. I was at first disappointed in the company, but how they take care of their customers gave me peace of mind with ordering from them.

I bought a dress for my daughter for my wedding, unfortunately it was too big but the quality of the material was amazing.
I contacted customer service they replied within a few hours, they were kind and helpful. They gave me a refund and didnt hastle me with the return, said I can keep it.
I've gotten clothes for my 2 month old and the clothes are also great quality and super cute.
Will be buying again!

I have looked at items on PatPat for quite some time but was hesitant to purchase as I wasn't confident about the quality or sizing and wasn't sure how easy the return process may be if something didn't work out.
