I ordered maternity n new born cloths. Both were good but it takes longer to deliver. Unfortunately maternity cloths were too big for me n i checked with customer care they helped to resolve the issue quickly. Very happy with customer service. I would definitely recommend n will buy more in future.

Long story short, and after several emails back and forth, I did not receive my order by 2/14. It is 2/19 and I still do not have my package. They are now offering me a refund that I will receive in 7-15 business days and nothing else. Very frustrating experience and I am extremely unhappy with this transaction. I felt as though they could've done something sooner vs waiting over a month later. I feel another shipment of my products could've been sent out as other companies have done in the past for lost products. Very disappointed and will not be using this company.
I was waiting for my order for over a month. I contacted pat oat customer service and told them I may need to cancel order and ask for a refund. The next day I got an email saying it was refunded.
In previous purchases I had no problems, the quality always good and the items look like in the photos. I had problems with the last delivery, but they are helping me to solve them.

Since my review this company has reached out to me on this site to make things right. But in reality there really not. It's just for show they still do not return emails or track a lost order or refund you for items never showing up. This company is a headache stay clear away.

I placed an order over a month ago and have emailed 3 times. There first response was its held up in customs. Weird cause the package is in the same state I'm in. Next to emails I'm still waiting for a response. There's no customer service no items arriving. I really don't think this company cares about items reaching you there all about the money. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere. Everyone I know that shops here has now stopped. Waste of time and energy.
